All MediterraLuxe products are made to order. Each piece is individually produced by our printing partner in USA and EU at the time of your purchase, it is not taken from existing stock.
At MediterraLuxe, print on demand is not just a production method, it is a core part of who we are. We believe beautiful home decor should not come at the cost of the planet. By producing every piece only when it is ordered, we eliminate overstock, reduce waste and ensure that nothing is manufactured without a home to go to.

Each piece is individually produced by our printing partner in USA, EU or Australia at the time of your purchase. This means your item is made fresh, with intention and it also means that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.
We ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. When you choose MediterraLuxe, you are choosing design that is as conscious as it is beautiful.
Our Quality Guarantee
We stand completely behind the quality of every MediterraLuxe product. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, we will replace it or refund it in full — no questions asked.
To submit a quality claim:
- Email hello@mediterraluxe.com with the subject line: Quality Claim — Order #[your order number]
- Include a minimum of 3 clear photographs showing the defect or damage
- Your claim must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your item
Claims submitted after 3 days of confirmed delivery or without the minimum 3 images cannot be processed. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages in Transit
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged in transit, follow the quality claim process above within 3 days of receiving it.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise this right, contact us at hello@mediterraluxe.com within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to the address provided for you in Claim Acceptance Form via email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
