At MediterraLuxe, every order begins the moment you place it. Because all our products are made to order — printed individually for you by our partners, your item does not sit in a warehouse waiting. It is created fresh, packaged with care and sent directly to your door.
Production & Dispatch
All MediterraLuxe orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of purchase. This window covers the time needed to produce your item to the quality standard we stand behind.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our printing facility.
Delivery — DHL Courier with Full Tracking
All MediterraLuxe orders are shipped exclusively via DHL courier service with full end-to-end tracking. We chose DHL deliberately — for reliability, speed and the peace of mind that comes with knowing exactly where your order is at every stage of its journey.

MediterraLuxe ships globally. Our printing partners operate facilities in the United States, European Union and Australia, which means your order is fulfilled from the facility closest to you reducing transit time, lowering emissions and getting your item to you faster.

Sustainable Packaging
Conscious production does not stop at the product. Every MediterraLuxe order is dispatched in sustainable, minimal packaging — chosen to protect your item during transit while keeping our environmental footprint as small as possible. We do not use unnecessary fillers, excess plastic or oversized boxes.
Beautiful things should not cost the earth — in any sense.
Tracking Your Order
Your DHL tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery in real time at dhl.com using your tracking number.
If you have not received your tracking number within 6 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@mediterraluxe.com and we will look into it immediately.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the MediterraLuxe product price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering if you are unsure of any applicable fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us at hello@mediterraluxe.com. We will liaise with DHL on your behalf and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
